Oracle10g Working with Streams

Duration: 5 days

Description
Oracle Streams is an important tool for moving data between databases and messaging environments. Attendees will learn how to setup and configure a messaging environment for Oracle Streams. Attendees will also learn the Streams architecture as well as how to capture, stage, propagate and apply database changes. This class teaches how to manage and implement Oracle Streams through a series of progressing exercises and labs designed to prepare attendees for working with Oracle Streams. Labs and exercises start with basic configuration and implementation steps. A series of advanced labs are then performed throughout the class to prepare attendees for being able to manage and implement Oracle Streams after leaving class.
